PaymentsYou can pay your utility bills using any of the payment methods available on our application, such as Payment Gateway and Wallet. You will be charged the exact amount of your transaction at the time of making the payment. You will receive a confirmation message with your payment details and a receipt.
RefundsYou can request a refund for your payment within 48hours of the payment date, if any of the following situations apply:
Some payments are non-refundable and non-reversible, such as payments made for prepaid or postpaid plans, payments made for non-metered services, or payments made for disputed or overdue bills.
